Get to Know Me
Three years of college background in Business Management and being an entrepreneur inspired me to write programs and planners and is also part of the inspiration behind my apparel brand that will be relaunching in Spring 2025!​ I am also a realistic personal trainer that understands the hustle and bustle of life, unexpected events, trying to maintain a work life balance while also trying to make life changes including incorporating fitness.
I began my personal health and fitness journey in 2018 with no shortage of discouragement, disappointments, set backs, feelings of giving up, and the list goes on. With so many fad diets & a mix of information and opinions, I had so many questions but not enough answers then I realized through my own journey what works and what is just a temporary fix. I went through the overwhelming, confusing stage, of not knowing where to begin with my health journey and realized that a lot of people want instant gratification so they invest in pretty much anything that's an "overnight fix" but hard work, dedication, and gradual change is where the real progress will take place. ​
With that being said, In May of 2022 I became a Certified Personal Trainer and am confident that I can effectively assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals whether you want to lose a few pounds, bulk up in muscle, maintain self-independence, keep up with the grandchildren, and/or want guidance towards healthier eating, you’re in the right place!
Every "body" is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. With a combination of education, experience as a trainer at a big name gym, & my own personal experience throughout my weight loss, muscle gain, and weight management journey, I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. By allowing me to be your Health & Fitness Coach, you can begin your journey with clarity, support, & guidance. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly, fitness goals. We offer various ways to support you in your Health and Fitness Journey through our weightloss program Grind For Wellness: Weightloss Simplicity, or with me as your Accountability Partner, Virtual Personal Trainer, or Group Virtual Trainer.
